Konga, one of Nigeria’s leading e-commerce platforms, has announced a new initiative aimed at empowering small businesses across the country.
The e-commerce giant said in a statement on Monday that the initiative comes as businesses across the country contend with economic pressures, such as rising costs and supply chain disruptions.
As part of its anticipated Yakata sales event, Konga said it was offering tailored support and discounts to help small and medium-sized enterprises access essential products at competitive prices, strengthening their operations and boosting growth.
The initiative, which will run throughout Konga’s month-long Yakata sale in November, provides small businesses with a unique opportunity to purchase goods such as electronics, office supplies, and other critical tools at heavily discounted rates.
One small business owner, Ibrahim Ishaku from Abuja, noted, “Konga’s Yakata deals have been a vital part of my business strategy. The ability to stock up on products at lower prices means I can offer more competitive prices to my customers.
“This year’s initiative is coming at a crucial time for businesses like mine.”
