Firm unveils solution to simplify HR process



HCMatrix has launched its 3.0 version, enhancing its technology to streamline human resources management for organisations, the company has announced.

The upgrade aims to simplify HR processes, replacing traditional paperwork with digital solutions and adding tools for faster, data-driven decision-making.

In a statement from the firm, the Chief Operations Officer of HCMatrix, Ozioma Ajaraonye, said the platform “improves operational efficiency by automating manual processes, reduces errors, and enables faster workflows.”

The system provides real-time data and advanced analytics to support workforce planning, talent management, and compliance.

Another addition is HCMatrix’s AI chatbot, designed to address HR queries within enrolled organizations, and AI-driven solutions to manage employee lifecycles, from recruitment through retirement, Ajaraonye said.

The COO stated that the app addresses common HR challenges, aiming to enhance decision-making and workforce management across industries.

The Lead Project Manager at HCMatrix, Uchechukwu Ikeobi, stated, “Our focus is on leveraging these advancements to streamline processes and improve employee experiences.

“By integrating AI into our systems, we aim to provide self-service options, making it easier for employees to access information and manage their careers within the organisation.”
