Globacom has stated that it will continue to empower more Nigerians in 2024.
The firm, in a release on Sunday, stated that it would sustain that through its loyalty reward schemes and new product and service offerings.
The firm said, “We pledge to sustain our empowerment of Nigerians through our numerous loyalty reward schemes, like the ongoing Festival of Joy. We will also continue to roll out products and services that will exceed the expectations of our subscribers and give them more value in the New Year, in terms of innovation, competitiveness, and quality of service.”
While wishing Nigerians well for the year, the firm also expressed its commitment to powering the country’s ambitions, assuring its numerous customers of uninterrupted and unlimited quality service throughout the festive period and beyond.
It also noted that the sacrifices of Nigerians in the face of the present economic challenges would ultimately yield positive outcomes.
It stated, “We urge Nigerians to continue to support government at all levels, and to endeavour to contribute their quota to the development of the nation by being diligent and eschewing strife and divisiveness.”
In 2023, Glo rolled out multiple loyalty schemes aimed at improving its customer base. Recently, it rewarded one of its customers with a home in Lagos.
The country had 220.7 million mobile subscribers as of August, according to the Nigerian Communications Commission.
